The planned opportunity is a permanent restaurant space. Food truck owners are invited to explore a permanent home for their concept; the project is not planned for trucks operating onsite.

The concept includes ten independent restaurant spaces, a central bar and pavilion, covered seating, common gathering areas, and live entertainment. Shared infrastructure and marketing are part of the vision. Final space dimensions, equipment requirements, and tenant responsibilities remain subject to design and agreements.

Lease rates, deposits, build-out requirements, and other operator costs have not been finalized. No lease commitments are being made at this stage.

An opening date has not been announced. Final agreements, design, pricing, financing, permitting, site coordination, and approvals remain steps ahead of construction.
